How Does It Work, Exactly?

It’s a simple process, but worth laying out in simple terms to avoid confusion and keep us accountable:

1. We have set a funding goal of $3000, and a time frame of 40 days to raise that amount (The final date being August 30th 2015).
2. You can ‘back’ our fundraising campaign by selecting either the Core Founder, SoburForLife or SuperFan package, and a pre-payment will be taken for the dollar amount of that package.
3. If we reach (or pass) our funding goal by the time the campaign ends, we will prepare and send our all campaign ‘rewards’ by the end of August.
4. If we do not reach our funding goal by the time the campaign ends, we will refund all pre-payments – this makes things a little more challenging for us, but we love a challenge 🙂 It’s also a bit of an incentive to share this fundraising campaign with friends, they get a great deal and some excellent Sobur bonuses and we get to make Sobur available to more people around the world!

1. When Will I Receive My Reward(s) For Backing This Campaign

As mentioned above, the Sobur team are aiming to raise a total target of $3000, in a time frame of 40 days. Considering the date we went live with this campaign, this means closing date is August 30th.

If successful, on the 30th August we will begin the final steps of our v2 project launch which includes some final product and design related (packaging, etc) changes. The time to submit and have the different departments complete our specified changes is estimated to be 20-30 days, which is extremely fast and will require all hands on deck at Sobur HQ. This means that we will be shipping your rewards hangover cure bottles and any bonuses by September 30th at the latest.

For those who back us at the SuperFan level, your tickets for the Sobur VIP party being held in Las Vegas will be mailed to you towards the end of December, and the party is scheduled to take place in March 2016.

2. How Much Is Shipping? Do You Deliver Internationally?

We are ‘eating’ the cost of delivery to most international destinations for this crowdfunding campaign, meaning you will receive your reward with completely free delivery no matter where you are located in the world!

There may be some exceptions if delivery to your location is exceptionally difficult or massively expensive, but we will get in contact with you via email and come to a arrangement if that is the case.

3. Have You Posted This Offer On Kickstarter, IndieGoGo or any other crowd funding websites?

In short: no. We are keeping this campaign on our own platform as several crowdfunding websites have restrictions against supplement products or require minimum campaign amounts of $10,000+ (and to be honest, we don not need that large an amount).

This is not to say that we will not use Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms in future (hint, hint 😉

4. Is My Transaction Secure?

Absolutely, we use a secure payment processor service called Stripe to handle credit/debit card transactions. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. They also use AES-256 when handling any user data, and have an excellent track-record of keeping customer details safe.
