These breakfast recipes look killer! Loving the “Spinach and Crab Quiche” – deffinately cooking that tonight to get ready for my (inevitable) hangover tomorrow (its Saturday)

if the hangover is a really bad one I’m not quite sure anyone would be able to muster up the energy to make any of these “hangover recipes” ! I know I’d be too weak and too sick to even try!

I am an expert on having a three day lasting episode of dehydration, but it does not happen any more. The first thing is to get your bowels moving with fresh vegetable of green leaf type. So, I use one kale leaf, not the stem, one banana and one tablespoon of flax seeds all in the blender. 45 seconds of blender to crush the seeds and drink it all the way to the bottom to get the seeds. It will take about 20 minutes to drink this thing as kale is bitter and the antioxidents are beloved by your guts. Your body will register very fresh something and you will go crap about five times and then notice that a certain dread has partially lifted from your existance. The trick here is that the poisoned food in your guts is being removed and fresh good food is quickly being replaced in your guts. You will want food later, eggs are the easiest and so is pasta.
